SharkBite 10 Pack 3/4" Lead-Free Brass Barb Insert Elbow is designed for connecting two pieces of 3/4" cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing at a 90-degree angle. It features secure barb ends that can be easily attached to PEX pipes using TV# 608826 Cinch Clamps and TV# 608743 Cinch Tool, or copper crimp rings and a crimp tool. The elbow is immediately testable to well over 100 PSI and meets the NSF/ANSI Standard 14-2009 and ASTM F 1807-9SI Standard for products intended for the transport of potable water. It also complies with ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Annex G for lead-free compliance, ensuring that the wetted surface of the product contains less than 0.25% of lead by weight, meeting AB1953 California and VT S152 Vermont low lead restrictions. This elbow is certified for use in potable water and hydronic heating system applications and is compatible with PEX and PE-RT pipes.
